We give you security around costs – we offer a fixed fee for a grant of representation (Probate or Letters of Administration) that we stick to.

Package Options

For grants of Probate or Letters of Administration

Option A - Supported grant - we prepare the court documentation you will need to file an application for a grant of Probate with the Will or Letters of Administration and provide comprehensive and easy to follow step by step instructions ($1,100 inc gst)
Option B - Full Service grant of Probate with the Will or Letters of Administration ($3,750 inc gst) plus outlays *
Option C - Full Service grant plus recovery of Aged Care RAD funds, one bank account, accounting of estate ($6,600 inc gst) plus outlays *
Option D - Full Service grant plus sale of one estate property, recovery of funds from up to two banks, accounting of estate ($10,000 inc gst) plus outlays *
Option E - Tailored package with our experienced legal team taking care of everything from A - Z (pricing to be advised following your initial consultation)
Option F - Interstate grants (pricing to be advised following receipt of your initial consultation)
* Standard Outlays are costs that need to be paid to third parties ie QLR Notice Fee $161.70 , Supreme Court Filing Fee currently $819.90 or some client’s may be eligible for a reduced Supreme Court Filing Fee of $149.60
