  • We take instructions from one of you, the other party is with self- represented or retains their own lawyer.

  • Consent Orders are Court approved settlement of your matter so you can divide super or transfer property without stamp duty being raised.

  • Both parties come away with a clean financial slate and no further claims can be made.

  • Professional Fees (see below) with outlays (third party payments) noted at the foot

Package D:

  • Consent Orders (a joint application to the Family Court)

  • Transfer of one property

  • Superannuation split

  • Divorce (joint application)

  • $9500 + gst

Package E:

  • Review Proposed Consent Orders or Binding Financial Agreement drafted by other party

  • Confirm / settle balance sheet

  • Advise on the proposed terms settlement

  • Sign off on papers with client

  • Independent Solicitors Certificate

  • New Will

  • Enduring Power of Attorney

  • Superannuation Beneficiary update

  • Service provided remotely

  • $3500 + gst

Package F (tailored):

  • Consent Orders (a joint application to the Family Court)

  • Joint Letter to Court

  • Transfer of one or more properties

  • Superannuation split

  • New Will, Enduring Power of Attorney and Super death benefits update

  • Other work as confirmed with client

  • $ TBC after our consultation
